LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Illinois Precision Machining LLC stands behind the products We manufacture.

Illinois Precision Machining LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of products manufactured by Illinois Precision Machining LLC against defects in materials, manufacturing, and assembly.

For purposes of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the product while owned by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a defect in materials, manufacturing, or assembly, Illinois Precision Machining LLC will, at Our option, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or excessive wear caused or contributed to by:

• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance;

• Improper installation or assembly;

• Use of improper, defective, or incompatible components;

• Repair, alteration, or modification by the Customer or a third party;

• Use outside the product’s intended purpose;

• Accidents, impact damage, corrosion, improper storage, or other external causes; or

• Ordinary cosmetic wear or normal wear and tear that does not result from a defect in materials, manufacturing, or assembly.

Modification of a product does not, by itself, automatically void this warranty. However, damage or failure caused or contributed to by a modification, altered component, improper installation, or other Customer or third-party work is not covered.

WARRANTY DETERMINATION

Illinois Precision Machining LLC reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty service and determine whether the claimed condition constitutes a defect covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If inspection determines that the claimed condition is not covered by this warranty, the Customer will be notified before any non-warranty repair work is performed or charged.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Products manufactured by third parties and sold or distributed by Illinois Precision Machining LLC are not covered by the Illinois Precision Machining LLC Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty claims involving third-party products should be directed to the applicable manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s warranty terms.

SERVICES & WORKMANSHIP

Illinois Precision Machining LLC takes pride in the quality of the services We provide and will always make a good-faith effort to perform requested work carefully, professionally, and to the best of Our ability.

However, services performed by Illinois Precision Machining LLC, including coating, engraving, marking, machining, gunsmithing, fitting, assembly, modification, and similar services, are provided without any express warranty unless Illinois Precision Machining LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Illinois Precision Machining LLC disclaims all warranties relating to services, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranty of workmanship, durability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, structural integrity, function, or service life.

Illinois Precision Machining LLC is not responsible for conditions, damage, failure, cracking, deformation, accelerated wear, incompatibility, or other issues resulting from or contributed to by Customer-supplied parts, Customer-requested or Customer-authorized work, pre-existing defects, dimensional irregularities, prior modifications, incompatible components, subsequent use or modification, or circumstances outside Our control.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To request warranty service, please contact Illinois Precision Machining LLC using the contact information provided on Our Website and provide a description of the issue and proof of original purchase.

Do not ship a product to Illinois Precision Machining LLC for warranty service until You have received return or shipping instructions from Us.

The Customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and shipping requirements when returning any product to Illinois Precision Machining LLC.

LIMITATIONS

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products manufactured by Illinois Precision Machining LLC.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable state or federal law.

Nothing in this Limited Lifetime Warranty or the Services & Workmanship provisions excludes, restricts, or limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited.
