Return, Refund, & Cancellation policy:
We understand that sometimes life happens, and the cancellation of an order is necessary. Please read our following policy guidelines below. All policies are with "no exceptions" unless otherwise stated.
-We guarantee the products we make via a limited lifetime warranty. If you are the original purchaser of an Illinois Precision Machining LLC product, and it fails due to an obvious manufacturing or assembly related defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Any modifications or abuse of Our products will fully void the product's warranty. We reserve the right to approve or deny any/all warranty related service(s) at Our discretion.
-Order cancellation prior to receiving a shipping notification via email will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process.
-Orders that have delivered a shipping notification to the Customer via email are no longer eligible for cancellation, but may be returned for refund consideration.
-Service purchases are eligible for refund initiations if the Customer provided item(s) have not yet been shipped to Us, and the Service cancellation is requested within 10 days from when the Order was placed. If Your item is already in transit to Us, your refund will be adjusted to cover Our cost of return shipping.
-Once we begin a Service, typically the same day the item(s) arrive, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation and the sale is final. This policy also applies to purchased products we stock, offer for backorder/pre-order, and/or manufacture in-house, which are also ordered to receive additional services - like custom coatings and/or laser engravings, markings, etching, etc.
-Services that include, but not limited to, modifying an item from its original state, have no eligibility for refunds or warranty of any kind. The Customer assumes all risk and liability upon purchase of a service from Us.
-Backorder/pre-order purchases that do not include any additional services may be cancelled prior to shipping once the fulfillment ETA has passed and at our discretion.
-Any missing items within your package must be reported no later than 10 days of delivery, and will be replaced at no additional cost, if possible.
-A return or exchange request for non-defective product(s) purchased from Us must be communicated within 10 days of your product being delivered. Anything outside of that timeframe is no longer eligible for refund consideration.
-We only accept returns of eligible products purchased directly from our website.
-We only accept products back in NEW condition, not customized or modified by us or a third party, and in its original packaging with all components included, unless specified otherwise.
-All products eligible for return will be subjected to a restocking fee, up to 30%.
-All refunds will be processed through the original payment method. No exceptions.
-Shipping fees will not be included in the refund/exchange.
-We reserve the right to deduct payment processing fees from any/all authorized refunds.
-We do not accept returns on non-defective firearms, final sale items, as-is, or blemished products purchased.
-We do not warranty products made by other manufacturers that we sell on our website. Please directly contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty claims.
-The customer assumes full responsibility for shipping an item(s) to us. We recommend buying insurance and requiring an adult's signature for the package as we will not issue any refunds/exchanges without the item(s) in our facility or if the item(s) is damaged in transit.
-If we receive an item(s) not eligible for return/exchange, it's the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping fees to have the item(s) sent back to them within 10 business days of notice from Us. After 10 days of notice, we will consider the item(s) abandoned and assume ownership of the item(s).
-Illinois Precision Machining LLC assumes no liability for lost or stolen items outside of our facility. However, we will be happy to assist you with filing a lost package claim with the shipping provider.
