Return, Refund, & Cancellation policy:

We understand that sometimes life happens, and the cancellation of an order is necessary. Please read our following policy guidelines below. All policies are with "no exceptions" unless otherwise stated.
-Order cancellation prior to receiving a shipping notification via email will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process. We reserve the right to deduct any payment processing fee(s) from the refund.

-Service purchases will be fully refunded if the item(s) for service have not yet been shipped to Us, and the Service cancellation is requested within 20 days from when the Order was placed. If Your item is already in transit to Us, your refund will be adjusted to cover Our cost of return shipping.

-Once we begin a Service, typically the same day the item(s) arrive for service, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation. This policy also applies to purchased products we manufacture in-house and are also ordered to receive additional services - like custom coatings and/or laser engravings, markings, etching, etc.

-Orders that have delivered a shipping notification via email are no longer eligible for cancellation, but may be returned for refund consideration.

-Service costs completed as-advertised on Our website, Our social media pages, and/or through direct communication with the Customer, are not eligible for refunds.

-Orders placed for out-of-stock/backordered products can be canceled for a full refund once We have physically received the item from the supplier.

-Any missing items within your package must be reported no later than 10 days of delivery, and will be replaced at no additional cost, if possible.
-A return or exchange request for non-defective product(s) purchased from Us must be communicated within 10 days of your product being delivered. Anything outside of that timeframe is no longer eligible for a refund.

-We only accept returns of eligible products purchased directly from our website.
-We only accept products back in NEW condition, not customized or modified by us or a third party, and in its original packaging with all components included, unless specified otherwise.
-All products eligible for return will be subjected to a restocking fee, up to 25%.

-All refunds will be processed through the original payment method. No exceptions.
-Shipping fees will not be included in the refund/exchange.
-We do not accept returns or issue refunds on final sale items, as-is, blemished products purchased, or anything not purchased directly from Us.

-The customer assumes full responsibility for shipping an item(s) to us. We recommend buying insurance and requiring an adult's signature for the package as we will not issue any refunds/exchanges without the item(s) in our facility or if the item(s) is damaged in transit.
-If we receive an item(s) not eligible for return/exchange, it's the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping fees to have the item(s) sent back to them within 20 business days. After that, we will assume ownership of the abandoned item(s).
-Illinois Precision Machining LLC assumes no liability for lost or stolen items outside of our facility. However, we will be happy to assist you with filing a lost package claim with the shipping provider.
