2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Website or place an Order.

Certain Goods or Services may be subject to additional federal, state, or local age, eligibility, transfer, possession, or other legal requirements.

By placing an Order, You represent that You are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the Goods or Services ordered.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order where We reasonably believe completing the transaction would violate applicable law or regulation.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

When placing an Order, You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information reasonably necessary to process and fulfill the Order.

This information may include Your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, shipping information, and other information reasonably necessary to complete the transaction.

You represent that You are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with an Order.

By submitting payment information, You authorize Us and Our payment-processing providers to process the transaction and related refunds or adjustments in accordance with these Terms and Our applicable policies.

4. ORDERS

All Orders are subject to acceptance by Illinois Precision Machining LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order prior to fulfillment for legitimate business or legal reasons, including but not limited to:

• Product availability;
• Pricing, description, or listing errors;
• Payment authorization problems;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• Legal or regulatory restrictions;
• Errors or inconsistencies in the Order;
• Inability to perform requested custom work; or
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

If We cancel an Order after collecting payment and no Goods or Services have been provided, We will issue any refund required by applicable law and Our applicable policies.

5. PRICING

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice prior to acceptance of an Order.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, product-description, or other listing errors.

Once an Order has been accepted and payment has been processed, the price applicable to that Order will not be increased unless the Customer expressly agrees to the change.

Taxes, shipping charges, transfer fees, or other applicable charges may be added where appropriate and will be disclosed as required.

6. ORDER FULFILLMENT & LEAD TIMES

Certain Goods may be built-to-order, customized, offered for pre-order or backorder, or otherwise require additional production or processing time.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, Order confirmation, or otherwise communicated to the Customer at the time the Order is placed, the estimated lead time for built-to-order and customized merchandise is 2–20+ weeks.

Certain specialized or highly customized Orders may require a longer lead time. When applicable, the estimated lead time for such an Order will be communicated to the Customer on an Order-specific basis.

Lead times vary based on product configuration, customization requested, material availability, outside processing, production requirements, and current production volume.

If Illinois Precision Machining LLC determines that merchandise cannot be shipped within the applicable stated shipment period, We will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

Estimated lead times are not guarantees of delivery on a particular date unless We expressly agree otherwise in writing.

7. CUSTOM & BUILT-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Built-to-order products and products involving custom coatings, engraving, markings, etching, machining, modification, configuration, or other Customer-requested customization may require Illinois Precision Machining LLC to commit materials, labor, production capacity, outside processing, or other resources specifically to the Customer's Order.

Once procurement, production, or customization associated with such an Order has begun, the Order is considered committed to production and is not eligible for voluntary cancellation, modification, or refund except as otherwise provided by Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.

8. SERVICES & CUSTOMER-OWNED PROPERTY

Services performed on Customer-owned property may involve machining, refinishing, engraving, modification, alteration, assembly, repair, or other work that permanently changes the item from its original condition.

By purchasing such a Service, the Customer authorizes Illinois Precision Machining LLC to perform the work described in the applicable Order and acknowledges the ordinary risks associated with the requested work.

Once performance of a Service has begun, the Service may no longer be voluntarily cancelled or refunded except as otherwise provided by Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for Customer-owned property being shipped to Illinois Precision Machining LLC until that property has been physically received by Our facility.

Additional terms concerning Customer-owned property, inbound shipping, unclaimed property, cancellations, and returns are contained in Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, restocking fees, and related matters are governed by Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms or Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact Illinois Precision Machining LLC directly regarding any billing, Order, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, or other transaction concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not alter these Terms, Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, or the terms applicable to the transaction and does not independently create a right to cancellation, return, or refund where one does not otherwise exist under the applicable transaction terms or law.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Illinois Precision Machining LLC reserves the right to provide the applicable payment processor, card issuer, financial institution, or other appropriate party with records reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to the dispute.

Such records may include, as applicable:

Illinois Precision Machining LLC reserves the right to decline future Orders or Services following a payment dispute or chargeback where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any dispute, chargeback, billing-error, or other consumer right provided by applicable law.

11. PAYMENT

Payment may be made through payment methods made available by Illinois Precision Machining LLC at the time of purchase.

Payment transactions may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud-prevention, and other procedures imposed by the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer.

If payment cannot be authorized or completed, We may suspend, decline, or cancel the applicable Order.

12. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display the Goods and Services offered through the Website.

However, product photographs, colors, finishes, specifications, descriptions, availability, and other information may contain errors or may vary from the actual product due to manufacturing variations, product revisions, display settings, photography, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

Nothing in this section permits Illinois Precision Machining LLC to substitute materially different Goods or Services for those purchased without the Customer's agreement where such agreement is required by law.

13. PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Illinois Precision Machining LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a transaction that We reasonably believe cannot lawfully be completed.

Nothing on the Website constitutes legal advice concerning whether a particular product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, transferred, installed, modified, or used in a particular jurisdiction.

20. TERMINATION & REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or a Customer Account where reasonably necessary due to a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, abuse of the Website or Our personnel, security concerns, or other legitimate business reasons.

Illinois Precision Machining LLC reserves the right to decline future Orders or Services where permitted by applicable law.

Termination of Website access does not eliminate payment obligations, warranty rights, refund obligations, or other rights or duties arising from transactions completed before termination.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law or other law that cannot legally be waived.

If that is not possible, the affected provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. WAIVER

The failure of Illinois Precision Machining LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or Our right to enforce it in the future.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Illinois Precision Machining LLC may revise these Terms from time to time.

Revised Terms will apply prospectively from their effective date and will not retroactively alter the material terms applicable to an Order already accepted unless the Customer agrees to the change or applicable law permits otherwise.
