If you are sending an item(s) in for any reason, please use appropriate packaging and comply with any relevant laws pertaining to FFL items and/or policies the shipping provider may have.
We strongly recommend you insure your shipment for it's actual value AND require an adult's signature upon delivery.

Firearms and/or NFA purchased from us must be shipped to a valid FFL (with SOT if applicable). No exceptions. Please provide the FFL's information as soon as possible after placing an order with Us. Send their information to: info@illinoisprecision.com and include your order number with a copy of their license(s) and any other relevant information.
Firearms and other regulated Firearm Components receiving a Service from Us, may need to be shipped back to a valid FFL for legal compliance or if we deem it necessary for any reason.

Order processing & lead/turnaround times:

We always strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, and be as transparent and accurate as possible with turnaround expectations. That said, any/all order fulfilment times are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Our standard processing time for in-stock item(s) is 2-5 business days.

Orders for and/or containing services (like coating, pistol slide milling, laser work on receivers, etc.) may have an *estimated* turnaround time published on the product page. Please understand that is just an estimate, and the actual turnaround time can and will vary significantly. This also applies to custom quoted work & in-stock items that are optioned to receive additional services (like laser / clone markings, custom coating, etc.). Shipping options and charges for Your Order(s) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change the shipping provider for your order without prior notice to best fulfill your order at no additional cost to you. All items in your order will be shipped together, if possible. We can separate your order into multiple shipments for an additional shipping fee.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order is fully processed and is shipping out. Unfortunately, we have no control over when packages are processed by the shipping provider, and/or when the tracking number(s) will go "live." Please contact the shipping provider for more information. Please review our Returns and Refunds page regarding shipping notifications.
Illinois Precision Machining LLC is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping inbound or outbound. If you think your order or package was lost, stolen, or damaged, you must contact the shipping provider to file a claim. Once you have filed a claim, we will provide any and all relevant information possible to assist you with the claim. If your package arrived damaged, we recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If we receive a package from You that appears damaged, we will document (via photos and/or video) opening the package and inspecting the contents inside, and contact you via email ASAP to begin filing a claim with the shipping provider.
