Barrel Cut, Crown, & Threading

This service is to shorten, crown, and thread your AR or HK 416 and HK 417 barrels.  Cost is per barrel.  The advertised price is for barrels already removed from the receiver, unless your firearm is already in the shop, or will be in the shop for additional services (like coating).  Otherwise there is an upcharge for removing the barrel from the upper receiver.

This service does not include pin & welding or removal.
 
The 11 degree target crown and new threads will be concentric with the bore.  
 
Shortening is optional - if you are just looking for a fresh crown and the threads cleaned up, this service covers that.
 
We will not shorten fluted or dimpled barrels.  
 
The minimum barrel length reduction is ~0.75 of an inch for most AR and HK barrels.  Please let us know in the checkout notes or via email how much you would like us to remove *from the original muzzle, without a muzzle device attached* OR: what you would like the new barrel length to be - which is measured via a bore alignment rod seated against the bolt face.
 
This service includes enlarging your gas port too, if you would like that done.  Just add that information in the checkout notes or via email too!  Otherwise we will leave it untouched.
