Introducing IPM's HK416D clone lower receiver, the IPM4D.  No compromises on materials used or machining quality.  Our lower is able to be priced so competitively because we control the entire process in-house, and have leveraged over 30 years of manufacturing experience behind this product.

100% precision machined in-house (including magwell broaching!) from U.S. prime 7075-T651 billet aluminum stock.
 
Meticulously detailed to replicate an authentic HK416D exterior, even down to the safety selector engravings.

Compatible with HK 416 & MR variants & "mil-spec" AR-15 upper receiver groups.

Our manufacturer required engravings are sized and located as inconspicuously as legally possible.
 
Variations of 416 markings are also available for clone builds!  IYKYK.  416D, 416C, M27 - anything you want - we can make it happen!  If you are also sending in an upper for color match, this service will be included unless you specify otherwise.  The optional "88-000000" or USMC style serial markings can be customized to your liking!  If you select "Add Custom Marking" and want to customize your "serial" number, let us know what you would like in the "notes" section during checkout or via a follow-up email!  *Otherwise we will generate a random clone-appropriate number for you*
 
ALL receivers are fully inspected and measured for quality control. 
 
There is a manufacturer's guarantee from us that this receiver meets the functional blueprint of a "mil-spec" AR-15/416.  In the event that a non-conforming receiver does leave our facility, an RMA will be issued, and we will make things right.
 
Our receivers (in any color) will come standard with a Cerakote finish.
 
We have many years of experience professionally applying Cerakote and despite it being more costly than anodizing, we have identified some key advantages to enhance our customers' experience, which is our #1 goal:

Limited lifetime warranty on the Cerakote finish - this does not cover normal use or obvious abuse.  For example: marring, scuffs, scratches, fading, etc. are normal for any firearm finish to experience with use and is NOT covered under warranty.  "Large" chipping or flaking of the coating is NOT normal, and happens due to improper application and/or contamination, and WILL be covered under warranty.  
 
We also believe in transparency regarding the material being used.  We are advertising that 7075 aluminum is being used for this receiver, and we won't be shy about showing off the shipments of 7075 aluminum stock we receive, the manufacturing process, and other content! 
 
Older Gen 2 pmags will require some modification for clearance with the 416D magwell's profile. 
Factory HK 416 / MR556 mags, G.I. metal mags, Gen 3 Pmags, D60, Lancer AWM, are all good to go.
 
Our lowers are in constant production - this is not a pre-order.  Please allow approximately 3-5 business days to process stripped lower orders.  Additional parts/services with stripped lower orders will take longer to complete.  Lead-times will vary.
